Nugget discovered splashing. 

First time using furniture to stand

I was out of the room for a while and this is what I came back to. It's the first time Nugget has pulled himself to standing using something other than my body.

I pushed it back in and he was puzzled why it wasn't popping up anymore. 

Day on Vashon Island

Just over 2 years ago, Nugget's daddy and I were married on Vashon. Today we took a trip with Safta to commemorate that occasion. 

Nugget took his first ferry ride.

Nugget has spent the last two-thirds of a year working up to 19 lb 5.2 oz (8.8 kg). We celebrated with a pineapple upside down cake. 

Trying to break out

The living room was blocked off for Nugget but he didn't want to be contained.

To be fair to Daddy (who thinks that avocado is the devil's fruit), Nugget bit off more than he could swallow (which is true of everything soft he tries) and he threw up.

Bedtime is energizing
